Where we Are Today

Another day and still my Charlie is here!  I thank God for the opportunity to be with him.  My list of thank-you’s is miles long, and I have been greatly touched by every message that has been left here on this site.  You have never met me, but I feel the prayers over the miles.
Today was the first time anyone mentioned any sort of future for Charlie.  The battle for his life is still great, but FINALLY someone has given him a chance.  I am clinging to the chances and keep hoping for the next day to come.
No more bleeding in his brain.
Blood pressure continues to rise.
Keep sending those prayers.

About takedeux

In one summer I had a baby who was hospitalized for five weeks, quit my job, and moved back to my hometown. This blog is about starting over.

Nora informed me of your news by e-mail.  I\’ve been around to your Space a few times, specifically when you were Space of the Week.
I wanted to let you know there is one more person rooting for your little family.  When I read your recent blogs my heart went out to you all.  I immediately got to my knees on the bedroom carpet and offered up a prayer for all of you, including the medical staff.  I pray and hope your little Charlie will be strong and fight every day!
I\’ll definitely be checking in.  Best wishes, Siobhan

To KM and Hub:  Antonella informed me of the news because I haven\’t been blogging. Please know that baby Charlie is in my prayers, and in the prayers of my family.  Like you said, we have never met you, but I feel like I know you and I am sure everyone who comes here feel this way.  We are right there with you, KM, and God is holding Charlie right now in His loving arms.  You are not alone, and I pray for complete healing of your son.  Hang in there and have faith.  I know it is not easy but keep trusting God.  Lots and lots of positive vibes from me to you.  Hugs.
